Wellness Breakfast – 15.01.24

Yesterday members and guests of March Women enjoyed an invigorating start to the week with a wellness breakfast hosted by our friends at Elevate.

Scott Berry, movement expert for Chelsea FC women’s team and the Lionesses (that got a big “ooo” from the audience!) took us through some functional movement exercises and some desk based stretches to get our spines mobilised.

Dietician Lara Richard gave us insights into the impact of how we eat and what we can do to reduce cortisol and heightened glucose and insulin resistance.

Finally mindfulness facilitator Leo Oppenheim ended the session with some different breathwork practices, taking us to calm and peaceful through to raring to go.
